Burrata foam gives this drink a part that is soft on the palate. The Mediterranean flavors of the tonic are pleasant and leave the mouth feeling clean, thanks to citrus notes.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50 ml gin
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- Galvanina Mediterranean Tonic
- Burrata foam
- Basil
TECHNIQUE: Shake and strain
GLASS: Tall tumbler or Collins
GARNISH: Sprig of basil
METHOD:
Pour the gin, sugar and lemon juice into a shaker full of ice. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass full of ice. Top up with the Mediterranean Tonic. Add the burrata foam from a siphon.
