Ginger Cola gives this perfectly Caribbean-style drink spicy notes that are in tune with the rum blend. Close your eyes and you’ll immediately be transported to the Caribbean.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 37.5 ml dark Jamaican rum
  • 25 ml gold rum
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 3 spoons of cane sugar
  • Galvanina Ginger Cola
  • 5 drops of aromatic bitters
  • 5 drops of anisette
  • Mint
  • Ginger

TECHNIQUE: Swizzle

GLASS: Collins

GARNISH: Sprig of mint and juliennes of ginger

METHOD:

Pour in all the ingredients, except the cola, add crushed ice and mix vigorously, using a swizzle stick or bar spoon to create a light foam. Finish with more ice and ginger cola.
