A blend of flavors for the most demanding palates. The aroma of violets, balanced with Galvanina Bitter Lemon, makes this drink a sophisticated aperitif.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 42.5 ml gin
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 1 bar spoon of violet liqueur
  • 90 ml Prosecco DOC
  • Galvanina Bitter Lemon
  • 1 slice of cucumber
  • Mint

TECHNIQUE: Shake and strain

GLASS: Collins or tall tumbler

GARNISH: Sprig of mint

METHOD:

Place a slice of cucumber on the inside of the glass and fill up with ice. Pour the gin, sugar syrup and lime into a shaker and shake well. Strain into the glass. Add some crushed ice. Top with bitter lemon and a violet liqueur float.
