A Caribbean choice for this spicy drink, with a particular “zesty” part thanks to Galvanina Ginger Cola.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 42.5 ml bourbon
  • 30 ml Falernum liqueur
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 7.5 ml simple syrup
  • Galvanina Ginger Cola
  • Dried orange
  • Mint

TECHNIQUE: Shake and pour

GLASS: Collins or tall tumbler

GARNISH: Dried orange and sprig of mint

METHOD:

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into the glass. Add the Ginger Cola.
