The delicate notes of Galvanina Grapefruit Soda make the Paloma, Mexico’s most popular cocktail, a refreshing drink, delicious at any time of day.


  • 4.5 cl 100% agave Tequila
  • 2.5 cl fresh lime juice
  • 1.5 cl agave syrup
  • Fill to the top with Galvanina Grapefruit soda

TECHNIQUE: build and stir

GLASS: highball glass

GARNISH: a slice of pink grapefruit and/or dehydrated lime. 


Pour all the ingredients into the glass except the Galvanina Grapefruit Soda and mix with a bar spoon.

Add the Galvanina Grapefruit Soda, and stir gently from the bottom towards the top. Garnish and serve.

A suggestion: add a pinch of salt to highlight the flavours even more.
