INGREDIENTS:
- 200 ml Galvanina Organic Sparkling Lemon
- ½ fresh organic lime
- 3 teaspoons organic cane sugar
- 100 ml crushed ice
GARNISH:
A few fresh organic mint leaves.
METHOD:
Cut the lime into pieces and crush together with the cane sugar and mint leaves. Add the crushed ice and the Galvanina Organic Sparkling Lemon. Stir using a bar spoon, garnish and serve.
