An Americano cocktail that’s outside the box with the bitter foam, along with the vermouth and the delicate hint of bergamot, making this drink an elegant aperitif.
INGREDIENTS:
- 30 ml Turin-style vermouth
- 22 ml bitter foam (with egg white)
- Galvanina Italian Tonic
- Bergamot powder
TECHNIQUE: Build and stir
GLASS: Low tumbler
GARNISH: Bergamot powder
METHOD:
Pour the vermouth into a tumbler full of ice and use a spoon to place the bitter foam (a foam created using egg white) on top. Add the tonic, again using a spoon.
