INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 ml Galvanina Organic Mandarin
  • 30 ml aged rum (43% Alc. Vol.) 
  • 3 teaspoons organic cane sugar 
  • 1/2 organic lime
  • 100 ml crushed ice

GARNISH:

A slice of organic lime and a few organic mint leaves.

METHOD:

Cut half a lime into pieces and crush with the cane sugar and mint leaves. Add the crushed ice, rum and Galvanina Organic Mandarin, Stir using a bar spoon, garnish and serve.
