The delicate notes of Galvanina Grapefruit Soda make the Paloma, Mexico’s most popular cocktail, a refreshing drink, delicious at any time of day.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4.5 cl 100% agave Tequila
  • 2.5 cl fresh lime juice
  • 1.5 cl agave syrup
  • Fill to the top with Galvanina Grapefruit soda

TECHNIQUE: build and stir

GLASS: highball glass

GARNISH: a slice of pink grapefruit and/or dehydrated lime. 

PREPARATION:

Pour all the ingredients into the glass except the Galvanina Grapefruit Soda and mix with a bar spoon.

Add the Galvanina Grapefruit Soda, and stir gently from the bottom towards the top. Garnish and serve.

A suggestion: add a pinch of salt to highlight the flavours even more.

An excellent sour that is fresh and thirst-quenching. The wonderful aromas of grapefruit, combined with the fragrance of mint,
make this drink a delight on any occasion.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 42.5 ml vodka
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 25 ml sugar syrup
  • 15 ml egg white
  • Galvanina Yellow Grapefruit Tonic

TECHNIQUE: Dry & wet shake

GLASS: Low tumbler

GARNISH: Sprig of mint, grapefruit peel, edible flowers.

METHOD:

Pour all the ingredients, except the tonic, into a glass without ice and “dry shake”. Add the ice and “wet shake” before straining into a tumbler full of ice. Add the tonic.

An Americano cocktail that’s outside the box with the bitter foam, along with the vermouth and the delicate hint of bergamot, making this drink an elegant aperitif.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 30 ml Turin-style vermouth
  • 22 ml bitter foam (with egg white)
  • Galvanina Italian Tonic
  • Bergamot powder

TECHNIQUE: Build and stir

GLASS: Low tumbler

GARNISH: Bergamot powder

METHOD:

Pour the vermouth into a tumbler full of ice and use a spoon to place the bitter foam (a foam created using egg white) on top. Add the tonic, again using a spoon.

RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS:

Superior reserve red vermouth, red bitters

Ginger Cola gives this perfectly Caribbean-style drink spicy notes that are in tune with the rum blend. Close your eyes and you’ll immediately be transported to the Caribbean.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 37.5 ml dark Jamaican rum
  • 25 ml gold rum
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 3 spoons of cane sugar
  • Galvanina Ginger Cola
  • 5 drops of aromatic bitters
  • 5 drops of anisette
  • Mint
  • Ginger

TECHNIQUE: Swizzle

GLASS: Collins

GARNISH: Sprig of mint and juliennes of ginger

METHOD:

Pour in all the ingredients, except the cola, add crushed ice and mix vigorously, using a swizzle stick or bar spoon to create a light foam. Finish with more ice and ginger cola.

  • 60 ml dark rum
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 2 strawberries
  • Balsamic vinegar glaze
  • Tonka bean
  • Galvanina Ginger Beer

TECHNIQUE: Muddle & build

GLASS: Julep cup

GARNISH: Strawberry with vinegar glaze and grated Tonka bean

METHOD:

Dissolve the sugar with the lime 4 in the cup. Add the chopped strawberries and crush lightly. Top up with crushed ice. Add the rum and using a spoon, lift from the bottom up. Top with Galvanina Ginger Beer. Mix lightly. Add ice and garnish.

TECHNIQUE: Shake and strain

GLASS: Tall tumbler or Collins

GARNISH: Sprig of basil

METHOD:

Pour the gin, sugar and lemon juice into a shaker full of ice. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass full of ice. Top up with the Mediterranean Tonic. Add the burrata foam from a siphon.

  • 42.5 ml gin
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 1 bar spoon of violet liqueur
  • 90 ml Prosecco DOC
  • Galvanina Bitter Lemon
  • 1 slice of cucumber
  • Mint

TECHNIQUE: Shake and strain

GLASS: Collins or tall tumbler

GARNISH: Sprig of mint

METHOD:

Place a slice of cucumber on the inside of the glass and fill up with ice. Pour the gin, sugar syrup and lime into a shaker and shake well. Strain into the glass. Add some crushed ice. Top with bitter lemon and a violet liqueur float.
